About Us

Alejandro Herrera is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with High Honors and a Minor in Psychology & Law. He later attended Concord University School of law, where he graduated with his Juris Doctor degree.

Ventura attorney Bryan J. Clifton is the third generation in his family to live in Ventura, and the second generation to work in the legal field of family law and personal injury.

Dr. Evan Michael Hess graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Religion with Departmental Honors and a B.A. in Political Science. He then graduated with a J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a Child and Family Advocacy Fellow and earned the school’s Gold Public Service Certificate.

Peter De Domenico is a licensed California attorney, having earned his J.D. with Whitter Law School in Costa Mesa, California. He also holds a B.A. in French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and advanced degrees in French from the University of California at Berkeley.

Samantha Spamer graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration. While in pursuit of her Criminal Justice degree she was awarded a summer internship at the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner for her exemplary work.

Paralegal Blanca Estrada received training as an Immigration Paralegal with the Immigration Legal Resource Center (ILRC) by a top immigration attorney, and the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (“CHIRLA”), a top immigration nonprofit organization.

Luz Prieto is a Legal Administrative Assistant at Herrera Clifton Hess, PC. She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks. Having held positions in the legal field for over 20 years, Luz is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs to various clients. She has increased efficiency in several of her assigned roles and interacts directly with potential and existing clients.
