Blanca Estrada

Biography

Paralegal Blanca Estrada received training as an Immigration Paralegal with the Immigration Legal Resource Center (ILRC) by a top immigration attorney, and the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (“CHIRLA”), a top immigration nonprofit organization. She has over 10 years’ experience assisting in the field of immigration law, having prepared thousands of immigration petitions, applications, and appeals covering a very broad range of matters, including family-based visa petitions, a variety of non-immigrant visa petitions, DACA, U-Visa and VAWA applications, deportation and asylum filings with the immigration court, and immigration appeal filings.

An immigrant herself who came to the United States as a child, Blanca knows firsthand the struggles and concerns immigrants face in the United States and the difficulties many have navigating our country’s complex immigration system.

As a native Spanish speaker, Blanca also handles translation and interpretation for the firm. She also holds fingerprint certification through the Department of Justice and holds BIA accreditation and may use this when working with a nonprofit organization.
