Peter De Domencio
Biography
Peter De Domenico is a licensed California attorney, having earned his J.D. with Whitter Law School in Costa Mesa, California. He also holds a B.A. in French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and advanced degrees in French from the University of California at Berkeley.
As an attorney, Peter has worked extensively in immigration law, having handled a broad assortment of matters across the immigration spectrum, including family- and employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, immigration waivers, deportation and asylum hearings, DACA, U-Visa, and VAWA applications, as well as appellate cases both at the Bureau of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and 9th Circuit level. Prior to earning his law degree, Peter worked for years as a legal assistant and paralegal with several nationally-recognized immigration law firms.
Peter has additional experience handling civil and criminal matters, and has served for over eight years as a document acquisition contractor with the legal publisher Thomson Reuters Westlaw.
